Local

Three clients, no extra charge per device

Licenses are counted per seat, not per installation. One employee works in the desktop app, opens the system in a browser on someone else's computer and gets notifications on their phone — that is one seat.

The web and mobile clients are available in editions with a server side. The Local edition runs the desktop app only.

Subscription or perpetual license

Subscription

A monthly fee per seat and enabled modules. Updates, fixes and basic support are included. A good fit when you need to start fast and adjust your setup flexibly.

Perpetual license

Volume discount: from 25 seats — 5%, from 50 — 10%, from 100 — 15%, from 250 — 20%. An annual subscription payment adds a further 15%. The “AI Agents” and “Communications” modules are purchased separately and work only with the server side; usage of external cloud models is paid directly to their provider.

Questions

Frequently asked questions about purchasing

Can it run without a server?

Yes. The local edition is installed on a workstation and runs standalone with its own database. The server component can be added later — your data carries over.

What happens if the network goes down?

The client keeps working with a local copy and queues the changes. Once the connection is restored, your changes are pushed to the server and other people's edits come down to you. Conflicts are shown with a line-by-line comparison.

Where can the server be hosted?

On your own infrastructure (on-premise), in our data center, or in a hybrid setup: the primary server with you, the backup with us. Pricing differs in each case.

Can I buy just one module?

Yes, the system is licensed per module. Start with Document Management or Engineering; the rest is unlocked with a key, no reinstallation needed.

How is this different from a set of separate applications?

A single core: shared directories, one permission model, end-to-end processes, and a common history. Data is not moved between systems — it is shared from the start.

Is Engineering available to buy yet?

The module is in active development. We take on pilot projects: you get early access and shape the functionality, we get real-world scenarios. Terms are discussed individually.

Is there integration with 1C?

Yes, a two-way connector: directories, documents, and ledger entries. The two can work side by side, with 1C remaining the accounting system.

What about calls and conferences in an air-gapped environment?

The signaling and media servers are deployed inside the perimeter. Conversations never pass through external services.

How long does implementation take?

A single module — from 3 weeks. The full scope for a manufacturing company — from 4 months, in stages, going live as each part is ready.

What about import independence?

An open-source stack: PostgreSQL, compatible with Linux and Russian operating systems.
