About the module
Discussion right where the work is
Conversations about work usually live apart from the work itself: in a messenger, in email and in people's heads. Six months later, nobody remembers why this particular version was approved. The Communications module makes discussion part of the object: a chat for a contract, a call about a project node, a conference on a production order. All of it is saved with the document and available to anyone who has access to it.

What the module can do

Chats and channels
Direct and group chats, department and project channels, threads, mentions and history search.

Object discussions
A chat is attached to a document, task, order or project item and lives in its card.

Audio and video calls
Call one person or a group straight from the object card, with no third-party services.

Video conferences
Meetings with multiple participants, invitees picked from the org structure, and meeting recording.

Screen sharing
Show a document, model or report to participants, with shared viewing and a pointer.

Presence
Who is online, who is in the same document, and who is busy on a call.

Notifications
Configurable alerts: approvals, mentions, approaching deadlines and project changes.

Runs in an air-gapped environment
The signaling and media servers are deployed inside the perimeter — conversations never go to external services.

How to buy this module
The module is licensed separately or as part of the system, by subscription or perpetually. You can estimate the cost for your setup in the calculator.
With a server
Client-server edition: collaboration, sync, chats and conferencing. The server runs on your side, on ours, or in a hybrid setup.
Local, no server
Installed on a workstation with its own database. Standalone operation, perpetual license; the server side can be added later.
Subscription or perpetual
A monthly fee with updates and support, or a one-time purchase with support under a separate contract.
With implementation
Process setup, data migration from your current systems and user training — as a separate stage.
