ProMatrix
ProMatrix is a client-server system: a desktop application, browser access and a mobile client on a single server side. Process management, collaboration on documents and projects, built-in chats and video conferencing, pluggable AI agents. The desktop works offline and syncs whenever the server is available.
The idea
Not a set of apps, but one environment
A typical company runs not one system but nine: accounting, HR, file storage, email, a messenger, CAD, a task tracker, reporting and a spreadsheet where it all gets reconciled by hand. ProMatrix removes the seams between them.
Collaboration
Several people edit the same document or project at once: you see who is changing what, edits are merged, and conflicts are resolved by rules — not by “last save wins”.
Communication inside processes
Chats, calls and video conferencing are built into the system. A discussion is tied to a document, task or project node and stays in its history instead of getting lost in a third-party messenger.
Desktop, browser, mobile
One server side and three clients: a desktop application for everyday work, a browser for those who can't install software, and a mobile app for working on site and on the road.
AI where there are no clear rules
Pluggable AI agents take over preliminary document analysis, revision comparison, and finding equivalents and assignees. The agent prepares and suggests — the decision stays with a human.
Unified core
All modules share the same reference data, one event bus and one permission model. A counterparty created in sales is immediately available to accounting and the warehouse.
Modularity
Start with one module and add others as you need them. A module is enabled with a license key — no reinstallation and no downtime.
Your infrastructure
The server is hosted by you, by us or in a hybrid setup. There is also an edition with no server at all — a local installation for a single seat.

With synchronization

The module is in active development. DWG, IFC and STEP import and export remain — so you can work with contractors still using legacy tools.
Artificial intelligence
AI where a process can't be reduced to rules
Accounting and routing are automated with rules. But reading a contract and spotting what changed, finding a similar project, picking an assignee or a substitute item — rules can't describe that. This is where AI agents come in.
The module connects any model to the system — ours, a third-party cloud model or a local one in your own infrastructure — and grants it access strictly by permissions. The agent prepares, suggests and highlights; a human approves.

Frequently asked questions
Can it run without a server?
Yes. The local edition is installed on a workstation and runs standalone with its own database. The server component can be added later — your data carries over.
What happens if the network goes down?
The client keeps working with a local copy and queues the changes. Once the connection is restored, your changes are pushed to the server and other people's edits come down to you. Conflicts are shown with a line-by-line comparison.
Where can the server be hosted?
On your own infrastructure (on-premise), in our data center, or in a hybrid setup: the primary server with you, the backup with us. Pricing differs in each case.
Can I buy just one module?
Yes, the system is licensed per module. Start with Document Management or Engineering; the rest is unlocked with a key, no reinstallation needed.
How is this different from a set of separate applications?
A single core: shared directories, one permission model, end-to-end processes, and a common history. Data is not moved between systems — it is shared from the start.
Is Engineering available to buy yet?
The module is in active development. We take on pilot projects: you get early access and shape the functionality, we get real-world scenarios. Terms are discussed individually.
Is there integration with 1C?
Yes, a two-way connector: directories, documents, and ledger entries. The two can work side by side, with 1C remaining the accounting system.
What about calls and conferences in an air-gapped environment?
The signaling and media servers are deployed inside the perimeter. Conversations never pass through external services.
How long does implementation take?

What about import independence?
